We have designed and optimized the 454 MID kits to ensure optimal patient barcoding and quality verification via Fragment Analysis (Genescan) for amplicon sequencing applications on GS-FLX sequencers.

These ready-to-use kits have been Quality Controlled by our expert staff and are used right after the multiplex PCR step of the MASTR assay (protocol available).
