The new BRCA MASTR v2.1 amplifies all coding regions of BRCA 1&2 genes in only 5 multiplex PCR reactions.

The assay is compatible with Titanium chemistry for amplicon sequencing on the GS-FLX and GS Junior from 454/Roche. An adapted protocol for "short read sequencing technologies" is also available, you can find these protocols in the download section below.  

We recommend the use of our 454 MID kits to all customers using 454 sequencing technology. These optimized kits contain all reagents for MID incorporation and Genescan analysis (optional).
