The HNPCC MASTR amplifies the coding regions of 4 genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2) and the 3’ UTR of EPCAM, implicated in Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Carcinoma via just 5 multiplex PCR reactions.

 (*) We recommend the use of our 454 MID kits to all customers using 454 sequencing technology. These optimized kits contain all reagents for MID labeling and Genescan analysis. Please check the "MASTR related products" group for more details.
