The HNPCC MASTR amplifies the coding regions of 4 genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2) and the 3’ UTR of EPCAM, implicated in Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Carcinoma via just 5 multiplex PCR reactions.
