  • MAQ-S : software tool for straightforward detection and analysis of region-specific copy number variations

  • You-MAQ : a free primer design tool for MAQ-analysis, used in combination with You-MAQ Control Assays. You-MAQ uses a FAM labeled primer per primer pair for direct labeling of the resulting amplicons.  NEW VERSION : Flagged You-MAQ 

  • Flagged You-MAQ : a free primer design tool for MAQ-analysis, used in combination with flagged You-MAQ Control Assays. Flagged You-MAQ uses a tagged primer per primer pair for indirect labeling of the resulting amplicons. This is a cheaper version of the standard You-MAQ tool.
