MAQ-S
We developed a tool for analysis of data generated with our Multiplex Amplicon Quantification (MAQ) assays: MAQ-S. Multiplicom customers have access to a free license of the MAQ-S software, which enables direct data import from fragment analysis. After selection of the reference samples, MAQ-S calculates the dosage quotients for all test and control amplicons, in this way quantifying the targeted Copy Number Variations. The user can also generate a Dosage Plot for each assay, which gives a clear overview of all amplicons and their individual dosage quotient.

Technical details:
- Executables for Windows and Linux platforms
